• All information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC or NICOP number, mobile number and payment account details — is accurate, current and complete.

Po999 reserves the right to verify your identity, age and payment details at any time. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request and to provide supporting documents within five business days of a request being made. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

Each individual may hold only one po999 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Po999 uses identity matching and device fingerprinting to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and bonus balances forfeited. A legitimate secondary account concern (for example, a married couple on shared devices) must be reported proactively to po999 support.

Your po999 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password and any OTP codes — and for all activity that occurs under your account. Po999 will never ask you for your password by phone, email or live chat. If anyone contacts you claiming to be po999 support and requests your password, do not provide it and report the contact to us immediately.

You must notify po999 support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, your password has been compromised or your registered mobile number has been lost or stolen. Po999 will investigate and take appropriate action, including temporary suspension of the account during investigation.

Players are responsible for ensuring their account details — particularly the registered payment accounts used for withdrawals — remain current. Withdrawals can only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name that match your po999 account identity. Requests to withdraw to a third-party account will be refused.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months (no login, no deposit, no bet placed) will be classified as dormant. Po999 will attempt to contact the registered email or mobile number before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of Rs 500 deducted from the remaining balance, provided a balance exists. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed without further notice after the dormancy period.

All po999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are settled in PKR and no currency conversion charges are applied by po999.

All withdrawals on po999 must be directed to an account registered in your own name that matches your verified po999 identity. Withdrawals submitted before the full verification of your identity may be held pending completion of KYC checks. Po999 may request additional documentation to comply with anti-money laundering obligations before processing a withdrawal. This is standard practice and does not imply any finding of wrongdoing.

Deposits made in error — for example, deposited to the wrong account — must be reported to support within 24 hours. Po999 will investigate but cannot guarantee recovery of funds deposited to a third-party account due to player error.

Po999 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not registered in the player's name will be refunded. If a bonus has been credited and used prior to the identification of a third-party deposit, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

Po999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's page states different conditions, in which case the specific terms take precedence for that promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who make a qualifying first deposit on po999 receive a 100% match bonus up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The bonus is credited to your po999 wallet within 15 minutes of the qualifying deposit being confirmed.
• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 5× (deposit amount + bonus amount) before any part of the bonus or winnings generated from it may be withdrawn. For example: deposit Rs 1,000, receive Rs 1,000 bonus, total wagering required = Rs 10,000.
• Time Limit: Wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus balances will be removed at the end of this period. Real-money funds deposited remain unaffected.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets and live casino bets contribute 100%. Crash games contribute 100%. Roulette contributes 50%. Slots contribute 100% unless otherwise specified. Baccarat tie bets do not contribute.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Player: The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device or IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim the welcome bonus more than once constitute fraud under these Terms.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or stake permitted is Rs 2,000 or the equivalent in any game. Bets placed above this limit during an active bonus may be voided and the bonus forfeited.

Po999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics or coordinated group abuse — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

All sports bets placed on po999 — including PSL, international cricket, football and any other market — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by po999's system and a bet confirmation reference number has been generated. Verbal confirmations or screenshots of bet placement screens that do not carry a reference number do not constitute confirmed bets.
• Odds are displayed and settled in decimal format. All odds are correct at the time of display but may be subject to change before confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time the bet is accepted are the odds that apply to settlement.
• In-play bets on po999 are subject to the platform's live bet acceptance rules. Po999 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice — for example, during significant match events such as wickets, goals or red cards. Bets placed immediately before such events may be voided at po999's discretion.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise fails to complete according to its scheduled format, po999 reserves the right to void all bets on that event or to settle according to the result at the time of abandonment, depending on the specific rules of the market concerned. • Maximum payout limits per event apply and are displayed in the relevant market before a bet is placed. A winning bet that would produce a payout exceeding the maximum will be settled at the maximum payout limit.
• Bets placed using information that was not publicly available at the time of placement — for example, bets placed after an event has already concluded but before results have been officially confirmed — will be voided. This applies regardless of whether the player knowingly or unknowingly had access to non-public information.

Po999 supports responsible sports betting. Pre-match bet editing and cash-out features are available on selected markets. Cash-out values are calculated by po999's system in real time and represent a fair reflection of the current probability of the outcome. Cash-out is not available in all circumstances — in particular during data or stream delays.

In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round — including stream interruption, server disconnection or game software error — po999 and the relevant game provider will resolve the round according to the game provider's standard dispute procedure. If a round cannot be resolved, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's po999 wallet.

Crash games on po999 use a provably fair cryptographic algorithm. Before each round starts, a hash of the round's outcome is published. After the round ends, the original seed value is revealed, allowing any player to independently verify the result. Disputed crash game outcomes must be reported to po999 support within 24 hours of the round ending. Claims submitted after this window cannot be investigated.

Auto cash-out features on crash games operate as set by the player prior to the round. Po999 accepts no liability for failure of auto cash-out due to player-side network issues, browser limitations or incorrect auto cash-out values entered by the player. Network latency may cause minor discrepancies in manual cash-out timing — the cash-out value confirmed by the server at the time of receipt is the value that applies to settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on po999. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including real-money deposits and winnings, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using po999 deposits, play and withdrawals as a mechanism to conceal the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity. Po999 is required by its licensing obligations to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a po999 deposit that was legitimately made and used for gaming. Po999 will contest all illegitimate chargebacks and may pursue recovery of funds through legal means.

In such circumstances po999 will take all reasonable steps to resume normal service as quickly as possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits po999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Po999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe;
• Suspicious financial activity has been identified that requires investigation;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed po999 to take action in respect of the account;
• The player has self-excluded;
• The account has been inactive for twelve or more consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be forfeited subject to po999's obligation to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, po999 ceasing to offer services in a particular jurisdiction — any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account after standard verification.

Players wishing to close their own po999 accounts voluntarily should contact support at support@po999.biz. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcome and the resulting balance disbursed.

Po999 may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, po999 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect — unless the changes are required by regulatory or legal obligation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using po999 and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of po999 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The version of these Terms that applies to any particular bet, transaction or dispute is the version that was in effect at the time the relevant action was taken. Historical versions of these Terms are available from po999 support upon request.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under po999's operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and po999, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through po999's internal complaints procedure, which is available by contacting support@po999.biz.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure within 28 days, the dispute may be escalated to po999's licensed dispute resolution body, details of which are available upon request from support.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other emergency relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
